Ingredients :

 

1) 500 gram Glutinous rice flour

2) 1 whole Egg

3) 350 milligram Coconut milk

4) 100 gram Sugar

5) 1/4 teaspoon Rose essence

6) 1 cup Sesame seeds

 

KUIH BUAH ROTAN

METHOD :

 

1. Beat the egg and mix in the cococnut milk, sugar and rose essence

 

2.  Make a hole in the rice flour and pour in the mixture half by half. Knead the dough

 

3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the tray

 

4. Divide the dough into small pieces and coat them with sesame seeds

 

5. Deep fry the Kuih buah rotan. Drain away the oil when done
